BOOKING CONDITIONS

CONTRACT OF HIRE
The Owners of the property are Richard and Sally Humbert, therefore any contract is between them and you the hirer
PAYMENT
We must receive a deposit of 25% of the booking fee, with the balance of your rent being due 4 weeks before your holiday commences. Non-payment of the balance of the rent by the due date shall be constituted as a cancellation of the contract.
CANCELLATION/INSURANCE
The deposit is non-refundable, with balance due 4 weeks before the rental commences.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES
We property is available from 4pm on the day of booking, until 10.30 on the day of leaving. However, depending on other bookings, it may be possible to flex this. Please enquire directly.
GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE
We are unable to accept bookings from groups of people under the age of 25
NUMBER IN PARTY
This must not exceed the maximum number stipulated in the property description unless there has been a prior agreement
COMPLAINTS
Any complaint must be notified immediately so that an investigation can be made if necessary and any remedial action taken if required. Complaints will not be accepted after the tenancy has ended.
RIGHTS OF ENTRY
The hirer must allow owner and the housekeeper responsible access to the property.
LIABILITY
The owners shall not be liable to you or any member of your party for any loss or damage to person or property arising from the letting.
VAT
VAT is included in the rental where applicable
LOSS, DAMAGE & CARE OF PROPERTY
The hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to the property, for taking care of property and leaving it in a clean and tidy condition. Should it be found that an excessive amount of cleaning is required an additional charge will be made.
DESCRIPTIONS
The owners take every good care to ensure the accuracy of their property descriptions. All information is given in good faith and believed correct at the time of printing. We cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions.
PETS
Dogs are accepted where this has been pre-agreed with the owners.
